A meet and greet
To make sure everyone is 100% comfortable, we suggest starting out with meeting over a cup of tea and a couple of treats for your pooch. You and your dog get to meet us and our regulars, as well as exploring our home.
If you’re planning on sending your four-legged friend to us for a doggy holiday, we’d suggest arranging a one night sleep-over before the big stay.
Whilst you are here, let’s discuss your requirements. Whether one-off, or multi-day, we can work out the best package to suit you and your dog’s needs.
Once you’re happy
We’ll ask for a booking fee (dependent on the length of stay) to hold your dates.
Next we need you to complete our Booking and Consent form, which we’ll email through. On here we’ll ask for information such as the dates of stay, emergency contact, vet details, vaccination history and so on. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
WHAt to bring
This is totally up to you and your dog. We encourage owners to bring items such as beds, favourite rugs and toys, bowls, leads and harnesses, and grooming equipment from home. That’s not to say we don’t provide all of these items, it is more a case of ensuring the best home-from-home experience for your dog. The more you can bring from their normal routine, the quicker we find they settle in. Equally we do provide our lovely, home-made doggy meals for an additional fee. However it is worth considering your dog’s culinary routine and sensitivity (or lack thereof!) of stomach, when considering the meals they have during their stay.
Let’s start the stay
Whether you’re off to work, heading away for a long weekend or getting on a plane to somewhere exotic, you can rest easy that your dog is in their second home and will have the very best of times here with us. We can send you daily videos and pictures of your pooch, or can keep you up-to-date as and when you prefer. You can decide how much you’d like us to be in touch.
